Paul Hopper

Paul Hopper is the Founder, Owner, and Principal Broker of Hopper. Since founding the company in 2014, Hopper has grown into a respected brokerage serving clients across Mississippi with a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional results.

A lifelong Mississippian, Paul has called Madison County home since 1992. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Management of Construction and Land Development, laying the foundation for a career built around real estate, construction, and land development.

Before entering real estate full time, Paul co-owned and managed Dry Fast, Inc., a water damage and mold remediation company. He is also a licensed Residential Builder through the Mississippi State Board of Contractors and has owned and managed multiple real estate investment and development companies. His diverse business background provides clients with expertise that extends far beyond the traditional real estate transaction.

Since earning his Mississippi Real Estate Broker's License in 2011, Paul has overseen and brokered more than $1 billion in residential, commercial, recreational, agricultural, and large acreage real estate transactions throughout Mississippi and Louisiana. His experience with complex negotiations, land acquisition, development, construction, and investment properties has made him one of the region's most trusted real estate professionals.

Outside of real estate, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Gina, and their three children, Hayes, Eva, and Trace. The Hopper family resides in Flora and attends Broadmoor Baptist Church. In his free time, Paul can be found working on his family farm in the Mississippi Delta, sawmilling, traveling, fly fishing in the Rocky Mountains, and pursuing big game across the country with his bow.
