After graduating from Madison Central High School, Liston earned a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from Delta State University. He began his professional career in airport management and marketing, where he developed strong analytical skills and discovered a passion for working directly with people. His ability to evaluate market trends, solve problems, and communicate clearly naturally led him into real estate, where he has been serving clients since 2014.

Liston enjoys helping clients buy and sell residential real estate throughout Madison County, Rankin County, and the surrounding Central Mississippi communities. Liston and his wife proudly call Madison home. She serves as an elementary school teacher with Madison County Schools, and together they enjoy spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, traveling, and making memories with their Chocolate Labrador Retriever, Sarge. They are active members of First Baptist Church Madison.
