Trent McCaa

Some of Trent McCaa's greatest memories have been made outdoors. Whether working on his family's farm, managing timber and wildlife habitat, or walking a piece of property with a client, he has always believed the land has a way of bringing people together and creating memories that last a lifetime.

Originally from Port Gibson, Mississippi, Trent grew up surrounded by family, agriculture, and the rich history of southwest Mississippi. He attended Chamberlain-Hunt Academy, where athletics, discipline, and hard work helped shape the values he carries with him today. Outside the classroom, he spent countless hours working on the family farm, hunting, and developing a lifelong love for the outdoors.

After attending Hinds Community College, Trent pursued a career as a golf professional, working with the Randy Watkins Golf Group at both Patrick Farms Golf Club and Whisper Lake Country Club. Years spent teaching the game reinforced the importance of patience, communication, and building relationships, qualities that continue to define the way he serves his real estate clients.

While Trent enjoys helping clients with residential real estate, his true passion is land. His lifelong interest in timber management, wildlife habitat, and recreational property naturally led him into real estate, where he enjoys helping clients find everything from family homes to hunting property and investment land. He primarily serves Madison County while also maintaining strong ties throughout Claiborne, Warren, and Adams Counties.

Trent and his wife, Laurie Beth, live in Lake Caroline with their two daughters, Emily Rea and Lillie Barton. When he isn't working with clients, you'll most likely find him managing the family farm, spending time outdoors, or enjoying a round of golf with friends and family.

Trent believes every property has the potential to become part of someone's story. Whether it's a first home, a family farm, or the hunting property you've always dreamed of owning, he enjoys helping clients invest in places where memories will be made for generations.
