Shayne Haseloff

For Shayne Haseloff, doing business the right way will never go out of style.

He believes a person's word matters, relationships are built face-to-face, and integrity should never be compromised. Those values have guided him throughout his career and continue to define the way he serves every real estate client today.

Originally from Jackson, Shayne moved to Madison as a teenager and has proudly called Brandon home for more than two decades. Before beginning his real estate career, he spent years in commercial sales and operations with Republic Services, developing extensive experience in customer service, negotiations, and business relationships. Today, in addition to real estate, he serves with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, helping protect Mississippi's air quality and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations across the state.

A graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Microbiology, Shayne brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to every transaction. He particularly enjoys working with commercial property, rural land, hunting property, and acreage throughout Rankin County, Madison County, and the surrounding areas. Whether helping a family find the perfect place to build lasting memories or assisting an entrepreneur in purchasing commercial property for a new business, he believes every property represents an opportunity for the future.

Shayne enjoys meeting clients in person whenever possible and believes there is still tremendous value in a handshake, honest communication, and following through on every commitment. His goal is to build relationships that last long after the transaction is complete.

Shayne and his wife have been married for more than 10 years and are raising their daughter in Brandon. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and restoring classic Jeeps and trucks, a hobby he first learned while working alongside his father. His appreciation for Mississippi also runs deep through his family heritage. His grandfather, a longtime Church of Christ minister, helped establish Sunnybrook Children's Home in Ridgeland and co-founded Sunnybrook Estates in Madison, leaving a legacy of serving others that continues to inspire Shayne today.
