Kim Tyer

Service has always been at the center of Kim Tyer's career. Whether serving her community as Mayor of Bentonia, managing real property for one of Mississippi's largest healthcare institutions, or helping families navigate the buying and selling process, she has built her career on leadership, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others.

A lifelong resident of Yazoo County, Kim graduated from Bentonia High School before earning her degree from Hinds Community College. She began her real estate career in 2004 and earned her Mississippi Real Estate Broker's License in 2009, continuing to expand her knowledge and expertise while serving clients throughout Central Mississippi.

Before joining Hopper as a Broker Associate, Kim built an accomplished career with the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she served as both Project Manager II of Real Property and Director of Real Property. Her experience overseeing complex real estate assets, combined with years of leadership in local government, gives her a unique perspective on property, negotiations, and serving the public.

Kim also proudly served the Town of Bentonia as an Alderwoman before being elected Mayor, where she worked to strengthen the community she has always called home. Those experiences reinforced her belief that trust, accountability, and follow-through are the foundation of every successful relationship.

Today, Kim enjoys helping buyers find the right place to call home while helping sellers successfully market their properties. She understands that buying or selling real estate is often one of life's biggest financial decisions and believes every client deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and exceptional service from beginning to end.
