Competition has always been part of Justin Hutton's life. From playing collegiate baseball to building a successful real estate career and investing in properties of his own, he has learned that success comes from preparation, discipline, and consistently doing the right things over time. Today, he brings that same mindset to every client he serves.
Originally from Hinds County, Justin now lives in Madison and proudly helps buyers and sellers throughout Central Mississippi. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello, he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Finance while competing as a collegiate baseball player. Those experiences developed the work ethic, resilience, and attention to detail that continue to define his approach to real estate.
Justin has built a reputation as a multi-million dollar producer, earning the trust of clients through clear communication, steady guidance, and a commitment to delivering results. He believes buying or selling real estate should never feel overwhelming, and he works hard to keep his clients informed and confident from the first conversation through closing.
While Justin enjoys helping clients with all types of transactions, he has a particular passion for residential homes, land, acreage, and new construction. As an active real estate investor himself, he understands the opportunities and challenges that come with purchasing, improving, owning, and selling property. That firsthand experience allows him to offer practical advice and a long-term perspective whether a client is purchasing their first home, expanding an investment portfolio, or searching for the perfect piece of land.

Outside of real estate, Justin is a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison. He enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, hunting, fishing, working out, and investing in both real estate and personal growth.
