Originally from Philadelphia, Mississippi, Joseph now lives in Lake Caroline and serves buyers and sellers throughout Central Mississippi. Before entering real estate, he built a successful career owning and operating a landscape company, an experience that continues to shape the way he evaluates land, homes, and outdoor spaces. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Contracting and Business Management and holds a Mississippi Horticultural License, giving him a unique perspective that few real estate professionals can offer.

Joseph's passion lies in land and residential real estate, especially properties where vision and planning can unlock long-term value. Whether he's identifying development potential, evaluating a recreational tract, or helping a family find the right place to call home, he enjoys helping clients see possibilities they may have otherwise overlooked.

His commitment to serving others earned him recognition as a Million Dollar Producer early in his real estate career, but Joseph measures success by something far more meaningful than production. Joseph is a lifelong member of Arlington Baptist Church in Neshoba County. He and his wife, Bowers, are both proud REALTORS® with Hopper and enjoy serving clients across Mississippi together.

When he's away from work, you'll most likely find Joseph in the woods or on a piece of property. Deer and turkey hunting, wildlife habitat improvement, and conservation have always been passions of his, and those interests naturally complement his love for land and the outdoors.
