Dillon Drake

For Dillon Drake, real estate begins with the land.

Growing up on his family's farm in Puckett, Mississippi, he learned at an early age that the land provides more than a livelihood. It tells a family's story, creates opportunities, and leaves a legacy for future generations. Those experiences shaped not only his appreciation for agriculture but also the work ethic, honesty, and integrity that continue to guide him today.

Before beginning his real estate career in 2023, Dillon worked in agricultural product sales while continuing to help operate his family's farm. He earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology and Business from Mississippi State University, giving him both the technical knowledge and practical experience to help clients make informed decisions about farms, recreational land, and rural property.

While Dillon enjoys helping clients buy and sell residential homes, commercial property, farms, hunting land, and recreational property, he has a particular appreciation for land and the opportunities it represents. Whether it's productive farmland, a future homesite, an investment, or a place to spend weekends outdoors with family, he enjoys helping clients find property that fits both their needs and their long-term goals.

Serving buyers and sellers throughout Puckett, Brandon, Rankin County, and communities across Mississippi, Dillon believes real estate is built on straightforward communication, honest advice, and treating people the way he'd want his own family to be treated.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find Dillon doing what he's always loved: working on the farm, hunting ducks, or spending time on the water fishing. He and his wife, Kaci, are raising their two children in the same community where he grew up and are active members of Antioch Baptist Church.

Dillon believes some of life's greatest lessons are learned on the farm: work hard, keep your word, and leave things better than you found them. Those same principles continue to guide every client relationship and every real estate transaction.
