David Easterling

Service has defined David Easterling's life for decades. From a distinguished career in the United States Air Force to more than 35 years in real estate, his commitment to integrity, professionalism, and putting others first has never wavered.

A lifelong Mississippian, David has proudly called Brandon home for more than 26 years. After attending Provine High School in Jackson, he enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1982 and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant following 39 years of service in aircraft maintenance and as a C-141B/C Flight Engineer. During that time, he earned a degree from the Community College of the Air Force and continued his education at Hinds Community College and The University of Southern Mississippi.

The Air Force Core Values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do became more than a motto to David. They became the standard by which he approaches every client relationship and every real estate transaction.

Since beginning his real estate career in 1989, David has helped generations of buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence. As a Broker Associate and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), he specializes in residential homes, land, and investment properties throughout Central Mississippi, including Rankin, Madison, and Hinds Counties. His experience extends across communities throughout Mississippi, allowing him to confidently assist clients wherever opportunity takes them.

David believes real estate is ultimately about people, not properties. Every client has a different story, different goals, and different challenges. His concierge-style approach focuses on listening first, communicating clearly, solving problems before they become obstacles, and providing steady guidance from the first conversation through closing. Clients know they can count on David to be honest, responsive, and fully committed to protecting their best interests.

David is a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, and the Central Mississippi Association of REALTORS®.

David and his wife, Linda, have been married for more than 35 years and are the proud parents of five children. He has been a member of Meadowbrook Church of Christ for more than 36 years and is a lifetime member of the Mississippi Non-Commissioned Officers Association. When he isn't working with clients, David enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, golfing, and playing pickleball.
