Born and raised in Pearl, Mississippi, where he still lives today, Colby has a deep appreciation for the people and communities that make Central Mississippi home. Before beginning his real estate career in 2023, he spent ten years owning and operating a successful lawn care business. Building that business taught him the value of hard work, showing up when you say you will, and earning people's trust through consistent service, qualities that continue to define the way he serves his clients today.

Licensed in both Mississippi and Louisiana, Colby works with buyers and sellers throughout Central Mississippi while also enjoying opportunities to help clients in the Mississippi Delta, especially those searching for recreational and hunting property.

Growing up hunting and fishing gave Colby an appreciation for the outdoors at an early age, and that passion naturally carried into his real estate career. He enjoys helping clients find the right hunting property, recreational tract, or place to build lasting family memories. At the same time, he understands there's something equally meaningful about handing a family the keys to a house they'll soon call home. Whether it's forty acres or a first home, Colby believes every client deserves the same level of care and commitment.

What sets Colby apart is that he doesn't believe his job ends on closing day. He enjoys checking in with past clients, seeing how they've settled into their new home, watching improvements take shape on a property, or celebrating the memories they're already making. To him, the closing is simply the beginning of a long-term relationship.

Outside of real estate, Colby enjoys staying involved in his community and believes in doing his part to make it an even better place to live. He and his wife, Katie, stay busy raising their two children, Bodie and Ellie Kate. Whether they're hunting, fishing, golfing, cheering from the baseball field, or spending time on the lake, you'll usually find the Watson family making the most of every season together.

Colby believes the best part of real estate isn't the property itself. It's knowing that years after the paperwork is signed, the places he helped people find have become the backdrop for some of their favorite memories.
