Brooke Lott

Brooke Lott is a lifelong Mississippian who proudly calls Crossgates in Brandon home. With more than 30 years of real estate and legal experience, she brings an exceptional level of knowledge and attention to detail to every transaction. In addition to her career as a REALTOR®, Brooke continues to serve as a real estate paralegal with the same Mississippi law firm she has been with for more than three decades, giving her extensive experience in real estate contracts, title work, land records, and the legal process behind buying and selling property.

A graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, Brooke combines her education with decades of hands-on experience to help clients confidently navigate the real estate process. Her legal background provides a unique perspective that allows her to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and ensure every transaction is handled with care and precision.

Brooke proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Rankin County, Hinds County, and the surrounding Central Mississippi area. She specializes in residential real estate, land, and investment properties, and is committed to providing honest guidance, responsive communication, and exceptional service from contract to closing.

As a Christian, Brooke approaches her work with integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve others. She believes strong relationships and trust are the foundation of every successful real estate experience.

Outside of real estate, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children. She loves staying active, being outdoors, spending time at the lake, caring for her animals, and making memories with family and friends as they explore new places together.
