Allison Cauthen

Allison Cauthen has been serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Mississippi since 2016. Originally from Ridgeland, she now calls Madison home and primarily serves clients throughout Madison County and the surrounding areas.

A graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Allison brings a strong background in customer service, communication, and relationship building to every transaction. In addition to her real estate career, she has worked in the dental field for more than a decade, where attention to detail, professionalism, and putting people first have always been at the center of her work.

Allison specializes in residential real estate and especially enjoys working with buyers. She loves helping clients find the home that checks all the boxes on their wish list while guiding them through the process with honesty, patience, and confidence. Having relocated her own family several times, including living in Starkville and Cleveland before settling in Madison, Allison understands both the excitement and challenges of moving. Those experiences sparked her passion for real estate and continue to shape the way she serves her clients today.

Allison and her husband have two children and are active supporters of Mississippi State University. She is a member of Christ United in Jackson and enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Bulldogs, and helping others find a place to call home.
